IBCA Sanctioned A State Championship BBQ Competition will have the following food categories: pork spare ribs, brisket, and/or chicken (competetors must cook all three for Grand Champion prize). There will also be a Corporate Cooking Team Throw Down Business Cooking Team Challenge (Bragging Rights for the Best Corporate Company Cooking Team in St. Mary Parish). Teams are not allowed to cook with gas cookers.

Children's Miracle Network Food Booth will be serving Brisket Sandwiches from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
